Hello, I'm Trisha!I’ve been baking in Seattle since 1993, starting as “The Scone Lady” making morning pastries for the (now long-defunct) Cugini Café on Ballard Ave. I later baked with Tamara Murphy at Elliott Bay Café, where our chocolate chip cookie earned a Best in Seattle nod and our peanut butter Reese’s cookies became a favorite, even drawing some well-known Belltown chefs down to Pioneer Square just to grab a few.I offer a small menu of special cookies for local pickup.
